Wow!!! So much for anyone from your dealership calling me back huh… It’s really hard to believe that anyone could be so dishonest and misleading to a customer who only asked for help with something that should’ve been taken care of without question… I can’t understand how you guys can even sleep knowing you totally treated a customer with zero regard for their needs after taking their money… I really thought I was dealing with respectful and honorable men, but I was totally wrong! You guys couldn’t care less if you put someone in an unsafe car as long as you were paid and that’s just wrong and despicable! The worst part is that you gave me an appointment to come in and gave me your word that the car would be fixed and even went as far as to lie and say that the part was ordered (I have the emails to back it up) and then the day of the appointment you emailed me and rescheduled for another day only to let us down again and dismiss our concerns and ignore our calls and messages.When I finally get you back on the phone you then say your manager refuses to fix the car… REALLY?!! I thought that maybe just maybe you guys would try to look out for a combat veteran and his family that only showed respect and appreciation for helping us get the purchase, but here again I was dead wrong! You guys have once again proven that in the end, people don’t matter… The only thing that matters is how much you can financially gain even at the cost of someone else’s pain or misery. Just remember that God doesn’t like ugly and things in life always seem to come back to haunt you. (NOT THAT ANY OF YOU EVEN CARE) FYI… I get no joy from posting this but the truth is the truth. Hopefully moving forward, you guys treat others with more regard. Good luck👍🏼
