I make it a point to both shop and bring my car in for service at Fairway Ford in Placentia. They are honest, helpful, understanding, don't oversell - the best you can ask for in a dealership!! I still come here even though I moved 15 miles away.

Fairway Ford Customer Service
We bought our 2015 cargo Transit Van from Torino at Fairway Ford in May, 2015, and now have approximately 24,000 miles on it. We service it regularly, and are very pleased with the Fairway Ford Customer Service we have received. Ours is a "Dog Mobile," so I use it weekly to haul my Irish Setters, their crates (strapped to the built in metal rings) to nosework and Rally classes, to performance Trials, to conformation events, and more. I'm pleased that the RV section of Fairway could install a Fantastic Fan on the roof and attach it to its own battery behind the driver's seat. The only thing I don't like is the after market blue tooth device we needed to add upon discovering there wasn't one in the cab of our new purchase. I need to use my cell phone for maps, phone calls, etc. with a hands free device, but the one we purchased through the agent recommended by Fairway is not able to be heard by the other party to a phone call without lots of noise and sound interference. Other than the blue tooth device, I love my Ford Transit Van 150. Comfortable and good looking on our freeway trips and local hauls.

The service dept is especially good. The service writers are courteous, friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable and timely. They are busy and the facilities seem a bit crowded, but the flow of cars is good!
