Allstate Auto Sales

These people took advantage of my son and took $1,500 and he had the car for 9 days and I guess they messed up somewhere and they called and lied to him so he would bring the car in and they asked for keys to check car but he took them off key chain and told him they needed another $2,500.00 to get car back. My son had his wife and one year old son and they sat out in the heat for 4 hours by the time I got there to pick them up!! They will b hearing from my lawyer!!

Honesty and Integrity; Allstate Auto sales is where its at. Recently I purchased an Infinity G35 from Shawn and I am glad I did. I had planned to buy a car in Austin but I quickly found that other dealership was dishonest and rude. I did a quick search for another car and found Shawn listed one similar to what I was looking for. We had a brief conversation over the phone and I ended up driving to look at the car. I didn?t realize it until I was leaving but Shawn was about to close. He never mentioned it and never pressured me on anything. I test drove the car and noticed something not right with the transmission. When I finished the test drive, Shawn insured me nothing was wrong with the transmission and even said I will guarantee it. Shawn took me for a test drive and showed me everything was fine. We made a bargain of a deal and I was on my way. That week the transmission went out. I quickly realized I hadn?t got the guarantee in writing so I knew it was my problem. Soon after Shawn called to tell me the plate were in. I waited to go because transportation was limited without the G35 working. I finally made it to pick up the plates and was discussing the situation with Shawn. He without me asking wrote me a check to help with the repairs. I was so impressed. This never happens anywhere else. Shawn is one of the most honest people I have met. Thank you Shawn.

My hisband and I had a great experience doing business with Allstate! Shahin was very polite and negotiated a price with me by email! Now how many dealers do that? I told him I was going to have the car inspected before buying and he agreed! We met the next day and the inspector gave the car the go ahead. Shahin was not surprised. And honestly, neither were we. He had a nice selection of well maintained vehicles including a BMW and a Lexus. I was interested in the Mercedes which was also well maintained and just as pictured here on cars.com. It also had a clean carfax which was available for free! On a sidenote, while we were there we noticed a couple looking at a car at the dealership across the street. The car had to be jumpstarted to turn on! That is not the type of place that Allstate is. Shahin is an honest man who truly just wants to sell cars and make people happy. He never pressured us and was very courteous and a pleasure to do business with. It didn't take long to get all the paperwork done, get the keys to our Mercedes and be on our way. I am very happy with the car and so glad that we went to Allstate for our purchase. We traveled 200 miles to take a chance on this car and we were not dissapointed. We had one of the best used car buying experiences with Allstate and we anticipate doing business with them in the future.

I was iffy about buying a sports car from anywhere but a major dealer, until I came to Allstate. They were so nice and helpful and provided all the carfax to assure me that I was buying an excellent vehicle.

What a wonderful experience following a traumatic event. After 30 years I had the misfortune of having my Automobile totaled some two months ago. The whole experience left me without my car. I was stranded without transportation for work, for my children and life in general, it was really a depressing and demanding situation all the way around. After searching in for new transportation ( and believe me I looked at many), I found myself at the Allstate Auto lot just before closing with one customer still being processed. After a long day that apparently was busy right up to the end, somehow there was still time for me. Instead of rushing me off with promises for tomorrow, my needs were address right then and there and I ended up leaving Allstate Autos with a car better then the one totaled and guess what????? I ended up paying half of what I half of what I paid for the car that was totaled. Talk about a WIN WIN. I still can't get Fred Loya to honor my insurance contract and it continues to be a nightmare, but at least now I can get to work, address the needs of my children and do it in a wonderful car that was made possible by ALLSTATE AUTO.

After searching for weeks to buy a car I came across Shawn at Allstate Auto. He was very honest and informative. He told me the the car I wanted to buy needed front brakes and oil change. I thought for certain he was going to want more money than what he was asking for. To my surprise he did not raise the price. As a matter of fact he lowered the price. No haggling or trying to pull the wool over my eyes. I got a great deal and I am very happy with his service and car. He takes pride in the cars he sells and wants to make certain he is not selling a car that is not to standard. He carries quality used cars at a fair price.

I have recommended Shahin of AllState Auto Sales to several friends because he worked with me to provide me with a great car at a reasonable price. When I mentioned I would require some minor repairs to be fixed, he had it done quickly. He gave me a fair trade on my car and the paperwork process was pretty seamless.

In the last weekI was looking for a car for a few months and thankfully I stopped in Allstate auto sales. This place was AWE SOME. Shawn and Arash were both so helpful I couldn't believe I was on a car lot (these guys know how to do it). The selection of vehicles was really good and the prices were GREAT! Shawn was a low pressure guy with high knowledge of the cars on his lot. I needed financing,and again they helped me with great information/advice. I bought the car the next day and even that went very smoothly and quickly. Hey this place even has a little shop behind it for repairs and stuff WHAT!!!!! Bottom line is that I got a great car for a Great price and these guys made me feel like family not some $$. I am 1000% satisfied and will buy here again. P.S. I took a peak around the lot and every car/truck was affordable-- not just the one i got.

Allstate is an honest used car dealership. Shawn is very knowledgeable and will tell you all about the cars he sales. Pricing is very competitive. No pressure or sales tactics.
