Write a reviewIf you have a type r, make sure you take pictures of your brembo calipers before taking in your cars to have the brakes serviced. I took my 2018 civic type r fk8 in recently to have the brakes and rotors changed, and they left obvious tool makings on my brembo calipers and chipped the paint near the retention pins that hold the pads in. I then told Honda's service manager about it. Long story short, they said my calipers were worn, and they didn't do any damage during the installation of my brake pads and rotors. I understand my car is almost 6 years old, and my calipers are worn, but they didn't have tool makings and paint chipping near the brake pad retention pins when i brought my car in. I've been going to Honda service department for almost 6 years since I bought my fk8 back in 2018 and always check when the work is done and this is the first time I notice tooling on my calipers. But ...hey....they didn't do it. Take lots of close-up pics before dropping it off!!! And inspect with a fine tooth comb when picking it up!!!

Have left two messages on record hoping a service person would call back 2012 Honda CR-V awd light stays on. Is this a hazard to continue to drive or not

Warning: There is no service at Visalia Honda’s Service Department “It’s not your fault.” to quote my service “advisor” Rogel Meneses. Which part of taking my Honda in for an oil change and leaving it all day yet still not getting an oil change would be my fault? Would it be when I book an appointment days in advance online? Would be when I scheduled a ride home online but that was discontinued months back only nobody knows how to take it off of the website? Would it be my fault that they called and confirmed the appointment? Would it be my fault that I dropped it off when they opened at 10 and they called my at 1 because it wasn’t done but they thought I’d been waiting there for 3 hours? Would it be my fault that they said it’d be ready before 230 yet called back in 30 minutes to say it would, in fact, not be ready? Would it be my fault that when I came to get it the oil still had not been changed and they couldn’t find my car and had to have me go look for it? No offers to make this right in any way and not even an apology, just “It’s not your fault we were overbooked” Correct- but it will be my fault if I ever go to Visalia Honda again. Please avoid this place. Take the short drive to Selma, Fresno or Bakersfield- because Visalia Honda is a mess. To be fair, finding one little Honda at the Honda dealership is difficult- they all look alike. I told him mine was blue and had a personal plate. He said great - see if you can find it. I did and left.

We recently bought a 2013 Honda Civic. We took two separate test drives and there was no pressure to buy on the same day. After going to some other dealers and searching the internet for a "fair price" we went back a third time to complete the deal. We offered a price which we felt was very good (based on similar purchases) and it was accepted. No hassles. We even got a reasonable price for our trade in. I would say it took about 2 and a half hours to get everything done. We did a lot of research on fair prices so this would be recommended for going to any dealer. Over all a pleasant experience.
