Hard time with service center, Hard to reach a service
Hard time with service center, Hard to reach a service rep. After multiple time calling, I was able to reach a person only to have them say They could not service my vehicle this week. During the last service I shower the service rep where my paint is peeling around the rear window. He promised he would make some calls, that was over 2 months ago still waiting for a call back. When I purchased the car they highly recommended their service center, I purchased the Preferred Customer (PC) option. Still trying to figure out what I actually get with that option. I guess I will be looking elsewhere for service.

I brought in our leased 2022 Honda HRV for repairs last week. Jesus Ramirez was very helpful and courteous. He made sure we were kept informed about the progress of the repairs, and when they were complete, let us know as soon as our car was ready. Thank you Jesus and everyone at Sunset Honda for always being so helpful. This our third least car from you, and we are very happy with you.

Great service not disappointed.
Jesús from the service dept and a young man from the Atascadero dealership helped me with the service of my car. Both were very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. This was my 2nd time coming for service for my vehicle which I bought a little over a year. I was not disappointed, great service. Thank you!!!

Sales person and manger were 10 times better than the 5
Sales person and manger were 10 times better than the 5 stars. Helped me find the right vehicle and guided me through the paperwork. I can’t find the words to explain how happy we are with the whole process.

Awful Working with Jeff
Jeff was awful to work with. Called saying I needed to pay $20 for new screw because it broke while they were doing my oil change. Called back 5 min later to say that I approved... said it'd be another 3 hours because now they are working on a different car. I was supposed to pick up at 11:30am and didnt get to pick it up until 3pm

Friendly, caring, professional staff. Salesman, Bill Goldman, listened carefully to my wants and needs. Then made the hunt for the perfect vehicle, fun. Hanc Meas, finance manager, made paper work a relaxed, simple process….and I took possession of a new Honda CR-V.
