Purchased a car recently for my wife. The selections are first class regardless of models or price range. Everyone I met was customer focused. George knows his cars and does not sell; he allows you to select knowing that he is presenting choices of great value. I am a satisfied customer and cannot imagine not going back when I need another car.

My wife's old car was beginning to need quite a bit of work due to mileage and age. After thinking about the insurance costs, the condition of the car, the time/cost required to perform the needed repairs, and what the car was actually worth, it made more sense (as a retired mechanic) to go ahead and purchase my wife another vehicle. After searching locally in mid-April for a nice clean used Mercedes in Austin, Tx. without much luck, we got online and started looking for a Mercedes somewhere in Texas. Having grown up and lived in the DFW area for most of our lives, Dallas seemed like the obvious place to begin our search since we are familiar with the area. After a couple days of searching, one car kept showing up on our radar- a 2008 Mercedes E350 at A&M Motors. After looking at the detailed pictures of the car online, I opened a dialog through text messaging to ask a few questions about the car since we would have a 7 hour round trip if we wanted to view the car in person. They were always very quick to respond to my questions so we decided that we would do the road trip to look at the car. I asked a few more questions, before leaving Austin, via text about the vehicle and made a couple of requests about having the vehicle checked over to insure that if we made the purchase, we wouldn't have problems on the way back to Austin. They were extremely accommodating about my concerns and allowed me to do what I felt needed to be done before making the purchase. Everybody was very courteous, helpful, and went out of their way to make sure that we were comfortable since we spent the entire afternoon there. We purchased the car and had absolutely no problems either during the purchase or on our way back to Austin. Since we weren't financing and were going to pay for the car on the spot, they found us the closest branch of our bank and started the paperwork while we were getting a Cashier's Check to help get us heading back to Austin as quickly as possible. There have been no "mystery issues" with the car since we've owned it. Any issues we've had to address were known before before we left Dallas due to the pre-purchase inspection. We are very happy with the quality of vehicle we purchased from A&M Motors, especially for the money. Yes, the vehicle had a few issues but what 10 year old car doesn't? Having said that, the car was a very good deal and already priced accordingly to account for the minor issues that we found. We purchased the car in April and have already received the registration and Title for the car. George and his wife took care of business and made things happen quicker than any other dealer experience i've ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Thanks to the whole crew for making our car purchasing experience a pleasant one.

I recently just purchased a Black BMW 128i 2dr coupe. I'm a student at Texas A&M University and was home in Dallas for 2017 winter break. I was over driving my Ford convertible mustang, and been saving up money to buy a used BMW. I spent my entire break going to copious used dealerships, test driving and inspecting for the best and safest option. I have been to the nicest part of towns of dealers and the worst, and both didn't meet my expectations. This journey helped reinforced the idea "don't judge a book by it's cover." The area that A&M motors is located in isn't considered the "best", but putting doubts aside I made the visit and had any concerns put to rest. This place is full of cleaned, and polish used cars with an establishment to match. Clean, organized, and knowledgeable I started to believe the reviews of this place, more and more with every passing minute. This place is managed by the friendliest and honest couple, "Don't mistake the accent as rude or unfriendly" with a staff that emulates their ethic. They value their reputation more, rather than selling cars for a quick buck. My parents were very skeptical on any used car dealership, doubting the safety of the vehicle, and the integrity of dealer. But after meeting George and Melanya, they helped put their minds at ease. George goes above and beyond to make sure the car you are interested is safe, and at an amazing price. He makes sure to answer any questions, and informs you of things you wouldn't know. He took the time to explain the functions on my BMW, while his wife offered me and my parents a beverage. He made the process worry free, and gives you confidence on his already good quality vehicle. His wife Melanya made the check out process quick and hassle free while explaining every detail on forms that needed to be signed, as opposed to other dealers that make it very tedious. George even got my car an oil change before purchase without a charge, but the mechanic unfortunately made an error by forgetting to tighten the cap to the oil. As I was pulling out, getting ready to go after completing my purchase. George stopped me from leaving, because he saw that my car was leaking oil. He got my car to a mechanic right away to reassure everything is ok, and even offered me and my family dinner for the inconvenience. Instead of letting me drive off and deal with that problem myself, he made and effort to make sure everything is ok. He and his wife care about their reputation of their business so they will go above and beyond and will help you solve any problem, "If it should arise which in this case wasn't necessarily his fault." I highly recommend any parents if they want an honest sales rep team with good quality cars for their kids, or anyone looking for a good quality used luxury car this is the place.

I would highly recommend this car dealer to anyone looking for a good vehicle!! I was given phenomenal customer service from George and Melanye! I purchased a 2006 bmw in which I financed they both worked to get me approved ASAP.. I was in and out with my new car in less than hour. They are not a dealer just out to take your money there main goal is to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I look forward to doing business with them again!

I don't know why I would buy a car from anyone else but these guys. Even the bank they used approved me in minutes. my bank took a whole day and they still couldn't beat the interest rate I was given. I locked my keys in my car at the airport and the owner came down personally and helped me. Usually after the sale dealers don't give you the time of day. I'm looking forward to buying my next car here at A&M Motors.

Exactly two months ago in April, I purchased the most beautiful restored 2001 BMW from George, the owner of A & M Motors. I was not looking for a BMW specifically, but, I am very happy to be the proud, new owner.of a very luxurious automobile. Everyone likes my car and it is perfect for me and my lifestyle.
