Snow Tire Purchase
Thank you Kate! I so appreciated your time this past week. I was quoted a price for 4 snow tires over the phone when I made my appointment but when I received the final bill, it was much more than I was told. You honored the price I was quoted. I can't tell you how much that meant to me! Thank you to everyone who greets me promptly every time I come in the door! Even when you are at your busiest, you all have smiles on your faces and get everyone through so quickly. Customer service is super hard, but you all make it look easy! Thank you again!

Courteous, Efficient, Shuttle to and from Dealership
What more can I ask for. Took my car in to have snow tires mounted on the snowiest day so far this year -- still got good service within the time estimated, a systems check which resulted in a parking light bulb being replaced but not until they called to see if I wanted it done, and a reasonable price. Oh, yes, and a timely ride to work and back at my convenience.

Alex was phenomenal!
I recently moved to Vermont with my convertible and had to sell my car and buy I new one before the snow started. I walked into this dealership knowing I wanted a Toyota but not much more. Alex greeted me at the door and we went over my situation. Looked at both the Rav-4 and Corolla and went home to think about it. Felt absolutely no pressure from Alex to make a decision but he was always there when I had a question (even after buying the car!). 10/10 would recommend you buy from him!

When my lease was up for my corolla I knew that I wanted something a little bigger. Chuck was there to help me through the process and he came highly recommended by friends. I really enjoyed working with chuck, he listed to what I wanted and helped me through all my choices. I had an electrical glitch in my 2018 Tacoma that, unbeknownst to me, was caused by a puppy chewing on an exposed fuse/wire harness that connected to the third brake light in the truck cap. It was a bit of a mystery, but Andrew, the service tech, figured it out quickly, ordered a part from a nearby parts store, and promptly installed a better, more protected fuse and harness that the cap dealer would do well to emulate. Thank you, Andrew.

Winter tire changeover.
Joe was very helpful and took time to explain the service process and courtesy shuttle. He called to let me know that my tires were at the end of life and recommended a brand. He explained what the charges were and when I went to pick up my car there were no surprises. Thank you!
