They gave me the run around and acted like they didn't want to sale me the car that I wanted. There was miscommunication between me, the dealership and the bank.

Salesman did not know much about cars. Unpleasant experience. Informed me that prices were so high because they had to finance lower credit customers. I was paying cash and have excellent credit history. When I told him I needed the price lower he held up his hands and stated he didn't mean to make me upset. He clearly doesn't deal well with women. I will not be back

Its was very helpful for me. It sorted out many of the vehicles the way i wanted and helped me find exactly what i wanted. It also gave me good and fair prices which for me is going to help a lot to help me get the car i need to go off to college.

Almost every vehicle I have ever had I got from Shelley's. These people have always exceeded the expectation I have had doing business with a used car lot. If there was ever a problem with the vehicle they were willing to help get the issue resolved. They strive to not have any disgruntled customers what so ever. I think this has helped contribute to the growth of there lot over the years. I know it is not possible for everyone across the united states to drive to there lot when inquiring or purchasing one of there vehicles. However if you are able to skip the online stuff and speak with them in person. The absolute best group of people I have ever known. If they don't have what you want all you have to do is tell them what you are looking for and they will help you find it. Even if you just want to stop by the lot and talk to the guys about different cars I would highly suggest Shelley's. A great family doing there best to provide great service!

I took this car to my repair shop before I bought it.(Shelley's even brought it to them) After finding a couple of small problems, the people at Shelley's took the cost of those problems off the price, then were able to deal from there. Great to work with and I recieved a great car for a great price. For MY experiance, Quality of Repairs is higher then 5 Stars.

Matt made a few calls and told me what he had and we were going to come in but some things came up that was not plan so we are going to have to Waite a little longer so when we do get another car we will go to Shelly's Auto Sales.
