I made an appointment for a recall on my 2017 F150.

I made an appointment for a recall on my 2017 F150. I dropped my truck off only to be told that the part wouldn't be in for 3 days, and I was in the middle of moving. I called the service manager, Josh, who apologized and had the part delivered the same day! Baierl is good with customer service. Don't hesitate to bump things up the chain of command if the service tech doesn'thelp you, they get things done!

I was able to make an appointment over the phone for the

I was able to make an appointment over the phone for the next day. The mechanic sent a video to my phone showing the vehicle being serviced as requested. I wasn’t able to make it to the dealer before they closed, so they were able to coordinate a late pick up for me. It was easy and they were very accommodating.

The experience with this new mobile oil change was a bit

The experience with this new mobile oil change was a bit confusing. I got the appointment online, which I don’t normally do, but it was too busy on the The telephone at barrel Ford so I went online unaware that I was getting a mobile service When the young man called me the night before to change my appointment to a much earlier time, I could not get back to him and they told me to call the dealership and they were closed so the Young man called me back first thing in the morning at 8 o’clock to move the appointment earlier. He was aware that it was a mobile service coming out to my home. I was not miscommunication on both ends his end and my end, So when the young man calls, he knows he’s mobile, but not all of his customers are aware of that that would be the only thing I would change is he needs to make the people aware he’s mobile he’s coming to us. Our communicate was I’m 10 minutes away. He’s 10 minutes away. I’ll meet him there. He met me here so after I drove to barrel Ford, I had to turn around and come back to my home Once you know, it’s mobile and they’re coming to your home. It was great. That’s the only miscommunication there was Some of us that were baby boomers were not born with computers in our hands. We never got to a computer till we were in our 40s, so it might’ve been an error on my part to start with, but once the young man started communication verbally, it should’ve been made aware he was coming to me at my home so little miscommunication is all that I found wrong with the app. Once he made contact with me he should say I’m coming to your home other than that it went well
