Lies from Service Department
I brought a 2004 Volvo (8/2015) in which the car fact showed no issue or problems with car. I had the car for 1 week called and reported some issues when hitting speed 40-60 mph the car jerks. They told me bring the car in I did so and was told well it didn't do it when the service people drove it. However, I picked the car up and it started doing the jerking again and called the something we sorry but it doesn't do when we have the car. Nevertheless, I went on and kept my car with same problem. I put the car in shop somewhere else and to find out that this issue has been on going before I got the car (coils messed up need to be replaced, stark plugs need ($775.00 plus another issued that's 150.00). The service center is NO GOOD get your car check before you purchase here from a reliable certified mechanic. And sells person told me when I purchase the car Oh this a great car no issues at all.

Dishonest
I came in to buy a used vehicle, struck a deal and as a contingency asked them to have their shop work on a couple of items I wanted fixed. They refused to let me put a deposit down to hold the vehicle and then ended up selling the vehicle the next morning while I was waiting to hear back from them on the repairs. They were totally dishonest. I wouldn't recommend using this dealership. They have no integrity.

After finding the Infiniti SUV my wife wanted to look into purchasing, we contacted Marietta Luxury Motors and talked with Mel Johnson. Mr. Johnson is very friendly and helpful, and someone we would want to work with again. We drove from another state to look at specific SUVs. After purchasing, he stayed extra late, past regular business hours on a Friday, to make sure everything was to our liking before we drove off. We appreciate him and are grateful for the time he spent with us. We would recommend him to our family and friends.

No pressure sales- what a pleasant surprise.
I came into MLM on a Sunday late afternoon to test drive a Lexus RX350 and an IS250. I was greeted by Duane and he helped me immediately. He drove my boyfriend and I to the additional lot as a courtesy and let me take the RX350 out for a run. He was very laid back, answered all of my questions, but did not push me into buying the car- or even mention it to me during the drive. When we returned I also drove a newer IS250. Same experience. Very casual atmosphere that did not make me feel like I was being baited into purchasing, or asked a million questions. To give some background- this is the very first car I have ever purchased for myself. I am a newly licensed attorney and have been driving the same car I was gifted upon graduating high school (yes- that long). Buying a car definitely felt like an intimidating experience. Duane made it feel very relaxed and not anything at all like I have experienced in some of the other dealerships I have visited. Needless to say I returned the very next day and purchased the RX350. Duane was patient with me, explained things to me, and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I am recommending Marietta Luxury Motors to all my friends and family, I will always bring my business here in the future. They (especially Duane) made this first time car buying experience a stress free event. Thank you also to Marques Holloway and the manager Mr. Wally. You were all so wonderful to deal with. And I am in love with my new Lexus.

Very Patient sales person
This was my wifes birthday present and I wanted to make it special. Duane the sales rep. Was very patient and showed us different options based on my budget. I did not feel like I was being sold but rather that I was "driving" the process. When im ready to treat myself to my birthday gift I will be calling up Duane.

Wonderful Experience
I was not planning to purchase just yet; however, I really needed a car and needed to make a purchase fast. As a single young female, I was a hesitant about going to the dealership alone. The dealer was more than helpful and made sure I got a car that was in my price range and worked best to fit my needs. I would absolutely recommend the dealership (and have been) to anyone looking.

No complaints from me
I went To MLM looking for a specific car but for some reason it was not available. I Then got hooked up with Duane Smart to look at my other options of vehicles in my price range. Duane was very laid back and listened to what I said. He wasn't pushy and didn't just try to get me in just any vehicle. I finally picked out a vehicle and he helped me threw the entire process. I also was impressed with Marietta Luxury Motors because they purchased my vehicle from at blue book value and i had pretty bad credit and they were still able to get me in my vehicle. I would recommend this dealership and i would also Recommend seeing Duane Smart to help you out.
