Maintenance customer
Everything was quick and efficient. When I contacted the facility I asked if masks were going to be worn and was told yes. There were customers in the waiting area who weren't wearing masks...so I stayed away from them. Someone came through and sanitized chairs and handrails while I was there---and I appreciated it. The guys who greet you downstairs were all wearing masks--except 1/3 of them only were covering their mouths---and yes, I know that's being picky---but I'm over 75 and at risk. The man who waited on me was properly wearing his mask and I complimented him on it. I took the dealership at its word. Please caution your work team that this is still a serious situation. I had a friend die last week and have two more who are seriously ill. I enjoy my relationship with Ourisman over the years and would like to continue it.

Volvo V60
Ourisman Chevrolet is not genuinely interested in customer satisfaction. 3 visits over 6 months. Each time I left disappointed. They didn’t honor promised terms of sale to repair. Salesman and management points to each other on fault. Made me feel like it was my fault for buying a used Volvo from a Chevy dealer. Service dept or call center doesn’t communicate to help ahead with simple requests like. Do you need to order my oil filter before I arrive so I don’t wait 3 hours for an oil change said I’d be fine, still waited 3 hours for filter that was ordered after I arrived. If wasn’t for 3 strikes I wouldn’t bother with a review. Principals on promises kept are where Ourisman has failed my 3 visit experiences. I traveled an hour each way for a car I liked. It’s not worth it. BTW The lot is over crowded so expect dents.
