No Pushy Upsale Tactics

I was pleased to work with Giovonni M. S. in purchasing a new Chevy Traverse this week. He did not employ high pressure sales techniques in executing the sales transaction. He made eye-to-ear contact; carefully evaluated my needs vs. desires; and found a suitable vehicle for me. He and his manager made it clear that they were interested in my business and were willing to negotiate an equitable price with suitable amenities. It was a pleasure doing business at Ourisman Chevrolet of Rockville.

Great customer service

Wardell Mitchell’s Was our salesman. He was friendly and kind. He answered all of our questions we had on our new Chevy Traverse. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

Can't wait to purchase from these guys...

Ok, so I haven't actually purchased a vehicle from here yet, but I can honestly say that I most definitely will. I can surely say this because I was able to commence to close observation of the professionalism, helpfulness, perseverance of getting the customer the best deal possible that suites them (the customer), and not to mention the cleanliness and maintained order of the facility. My close friend, whom I look at as a sister, just purchased a lovely 2018 Malibu from this location just yesterday. And when I say that she was really in a very bad situation credit-wise (among other things), that is an understatement. The Rep by the name of Christian was extremely patient and helpful with her. He, and my man Mr. Hamilton took many different avenues of making this MIRACLE happen, and it did. Even the small talk was great. It made the waiting periods that much less painful. Yeah... I can sincerely say that this will not be the last time these guys see me. As I stated in the title of this review. I really cannot wait to work with this dealership when I purchase my new Tahoe in the very, very near future. And I live all the way in Waldorf. God Bless!

Oil change

My oil change and tire rotation took nearly 3 hours with an appointment. I don?t understand why my service took so long. This is not a reasonable amount of time. There was no updates explaining the delay. The lack of urgency is a reoccurring problem at this dealer.

Spark gets 22mpg&returned 4x climate control issue

I had to bring my new Spark in 4 times as the climate controls were not working. I have had the car for 6 months and am getting 22 mpg. I brought the car in for maintenance and was told that it was fine - mileage varies. This was sold to me as a econo car that would get good mileage. My 10 year old Nissan Altima got about this type of mileage and a friend with the same commute gets about 35mpg in her 6 year old Fiat. The Spark does not perform as advertised. I will not buy another GM car.

Excellent service

German and Cameron were excellent to work with. They were both energetic and excited about their products and went above and beyond in educating me about the vehicle I purchased. Outstanding service! I would highly recommend.

If you're an internet or phone buyer, stay away.

I don't know what they're like in person, but if you're an internet buyer or trying to buy over the phone, stay away. I spent two days trying to get them to sell me a car. But because I wasn't there in person, they kept me pinned at the back of the line. Even into my second day of waiting, any person who happened to walk into the showroom was moved ahead of me. This isn't speculation; this is what they told me. They also told me, explicitly, that if any of these newer customers, fresh in the door, happened to want the car I'd been waiting a day to buy, they would sell it to that newer customer. They will not deal with you until they've literally run out of other customers. And will your car still be there? Who knows. The sales manager I was dealing with just couldn't fathom why I didn't enjoy getting treated this way. I finally gave up and took my business to a dealership that doesn't treat internet buyers like xxxx.

I hate GM Company and their unfriendly services!

I have 2017 Chevrolet Suburban Premier and didn't like it. Their service is so bad and unfriendly. I got problem with my HDMI port. It wasn't work. They changed under the warranty. My truck was 4 days there. Now still my HDMI port is not working. They said my Amazon Fire stick or Google Chromecast is not compatible in this vehicle. That's stupid. I used those sticks 8 months without problem. If is not compatible for what should we use this HDMI port? If I can't use this xxxx, why GM putting HDMI port in this vehicle? I hate this company and I will buy FORD.

According to GM, Suburbans aren’t programmed for HDMI ports and Firesticks/Chromecast’s won’t work in the vehicles. We serviced the USB port since there aren’t any HDMI connections in your vehicle.
