We had to get the transmission replaced on our 2018
We had to get the transmission replaced on our 2018 Tahoe. Thankfully the cost was covered by the warranty because it was over $12,500. Julian Smith was our service guy and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, polite, compassionate, caring, helpful, kind and friendly. He called me several times to give me an update and also kept me informed about any other issues that arose that were not covered by the warranty. Julian explained everything in a way I could understand exactly what the problem was. He never pressured me to have any other work done, but he made sure I knew the pros and cons regarding my decisions. If I ever have any other issues that require dealer repairs I will most certainly be sure that I work with Julian.

I just wanted to warn all my friends to not go to
I just wanted to warn all my friends to not go to Hedricks Chevrolet for service of any type! They are an incompetent bunch and could not diagnose and fix a simple clogged fuel filter. Charged me to check it but said they could not get parts to check further for my Chevy Diesel truck, so I picked up took it to a diesel mechanic and for 1/4 the cost and a fraction of the time fixed the problem. Sad turn of events for GM products, they don't carry parts for older vehicles, I think GM does this because they can get competent Mechanics to do their work.

Poor customer service
Poor customer service. At 22k miles the truck needs new tires. First rotation at 7500 miles the specifications were off, and we received really bad tire ware on the tires. I Took the vehicle into dealership two separate times the first time “Tanner” the store store manager from tried to tell me it was due to mountain driving. I told him at 14k miles there should be ware given that the vehicle was rotated on its proper schedule at every 7500 miles. We then had a slow leak due to the amount of air on one of the tires contacted Hendrix,They kept the vehicle for a day told me the issue was fixed and sent it back. At our next oil change the local oil/ tire store advise the tires weren’t in fact fixed, and that the damage had become even more and they were unable to rotate them. I Contacted Tanner again. He tried to tell me that once again, it was the driving, and nothing to do with the vehicle and that new tires at 20k was normal even tho the specifications on the truck were off. Very disappointing in Chevy, after spending 75k on a pickup you would expect the dealership to take a little bit of pride and customer service…. But no. Won’t be buying from Chevy again anytime soon nor taking my vehicles here.

They are very helpful and their price is lower than the other dealers in this California area. They helped me a lot make a great price deal for a Corvette I probably will always use Hedricks because I trust them and get the best offer

A FAMILY YOU CANT COUNT ON
First of all I bought my cer from Hendricks,I only take it there to get serviced.i do live in the mountains,so every time I take to get serviced there always embarrassing me and lately rude...just recently I specifically asked for a tune only because my advisor told me I will need one instead he checks something else that they charged me $185.00 and didn't do anything regarding the tune up and I have the proof,also I asked my advisor I wanted to speak to the person in charge...he said he would get back to me within two weeks well it's going on a month and when i got my car back i heard a clicking sound and never never did my car need oil it was dirty dirty oil and i needed to put 3 quarts of oil when my car was still at 27 % never never has this happened in the 5years that I've had been doing my oil change...lately they never have a filter ,so I guess they think I'm dumb,but you always put a new filter because when you leave the old one in there it's dirty then you got clean oil going through a dirty filter...iam looking into talking to a lawyer because don't think they ever changed my oil...I need my car to be fixed...iam at 132,000 miles.. I know my transmission should be flushed,need turn up,now I need another oil change thank you Hendricks for your DISRESPECTFUL service you say a this is as family you can count on ,but are you really...also witnessed two gentleman saying I'm xxxxen tired of you treating me like this! One of the customers got so scared with her toddler...I can hear them still continues to argue and USEING the F word... Now I'm waiting by the beginning of this week when they said there will be a loaner and they do these services for my car...that date will 28th of February 2023...NOW I DONT TRUST ANYONE WITH MY CAR ...A FAMILY YOU CAN COUNT ON...I WILL BE AT YOUR CELEBRATION EVENT SO I CAN SHOW MY PROOF...TO THE BROADCASTING...
