Great service!

Nice friendly service! They seem to really care about the customers! And it was nice to be able to talk to the Service Manager about some concerns on our car! Thanks to Bev! Comfy waiting area

I absolutely love your waiting area. The chairs are so comfortable. Really nice to see/feel your investment in your customers! Lynnea was very nice and helpful.

Fast Family Friendly Service!

Wonderful service as always! In fact, we just made a new car purchase from Hedrick's because of the family atmosphere and friendly employees... Excellent Service

I always love dealing with Carol because she always has a smile on her face. Becky and Bev are amazing people and I love how committed they are to Hedrick?s. I wouldn?t take my car anywhere else.

Battery replacement

The battery needed to be replaced due to a dead cell and although this was accomplished, the bolts on the support pieces need to be tighten as one was lose after the replacement. Ralph took care of it immediately.
