Waste of Time!!!
This place is a huge waste of time!!! Hubby drove all the way to dinuba because the car is listed on their lot. Only to get there and find out the car is in Visalia and they'll "see what we can do". Terrible customer service.

The BEST dealership
We bought a used Suburan from Ed Dena's in Dinuba from Bee who was the BEST, salesperson who was knowledgable, very helpful and very pleasant from our test drive to buying the car. The financial part went very well also. We had to bring the car back to the service department and WOW they were great.Ken Price the service manager and Shane is who we deal with, they would call us and kept us informed about the car, I have to say out of any service department we gone to we have never been treated so good.

Very happy experience
Found the car on cars.com and sent e-mail expressing interest. I was contacted by A salesman named Lino. Told him my him what I was trading in towards the car. Lino came back with fair offer for my trade and I asked about the price of the car, Lino came back with very fair price on the car. Went in the net day and bought the car. The sales staff ( Lino ) was extremely helpful and nice and Marissa in finance was just as nice. A very good buying experience , would definitely buy from Lino and Ed Dena's again, highly recommended seller !..Job well done Lino!!!...from a happy and grateful customer!!

Decent Experience.
Spoke with a sales rep about an SUV i was interested in. He was helpful and not really pushy. The only thing i didn't like about him was the "spam" mail he sent to my email. There were weekend emails about sales and stuff but they didn't even apply to my purchase since it was a trade-in. Other than that he was good!
