We took our Lexus into Fresno Lexus for an oil change and transmission fluid exchange. Our service writer Andrew was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Our service was done in one day and they also washed our car. We were very impressed with this new location and we will return there again for any future service. Thank you Andrew for providing such excellent service.

I was extremely happy with the car and customer service that Tevin provided at Fresno Lexus! He got things moving right away with my car and quickly provided a shuttle for me to my next appointment! Tevin kept in touch with me with updates and let me know when my car was ready to be picked up. He was kind, courteous, engaging in conversation and made me feel like my car was in good hands! I’ve had family members purchase a Lexus from Fresno Lexus because I’ve been so happy with the car as well as the great service you provide there.

Shaun was amazing to work with. I had limited time and he made sure my vehicle would be ready when I needed it. He also kept me aware of the status of the work. He was able to have, not only my service complete, but fix an issue I had that could have cost a great deal of money, but the team was able to the fix issue for a fair price. Shaun was consultative on other options, as well. Very satisfied with both Shaun and the service team.

I am always amazed that Lexus sends a driver/loaner to my house an hour away while they service my vehicle. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Justin was great, too. He kept me updated when to expect the driver (can’t recall his name), status throughout the service, etc. When the car was ready he said that the driver wanted to wash it a second time so add twenty minutes to his ETA. I am amazed he would bother and that Justin or whoever okayed it. By the way, my car is running great. Two thumbs up! Kudos! Hats off! Thanks again for another remarkable service experience.
