I am always amazed that Lexus sends a driver/loaner to my house an hour away while they service my vehicle. He was professional, courteous, and friendly. Justin was great, too. He kept me updated when to expect the driver (can’t recall his name), status throughout the service, etc. When the car was ready he said that the driver wanted to wash it a second time so add twenty minutes to his ETA. I am amazed he would bother and that Justin or whoever okayed it. By the way, my car is running great. Two thumbs up! Kudos! Hats off! Thanks again for another remarkable service experience. Mo was our salesperson and he was great.
Mo was our salesperson and he was great. He was excellent in service and we really liked that he wasn't pushy with us and really felt like he wanted the best for us. I would highly recommend him and have no regrets purchasing my Lexus from him! He was also extremely knowledgeable!

10.20.2025 - My one year service on my 2025 Lexus NX350h at the new Fresno, CA dealership facilities. Staff: As always courteous and helpful Facility: Nice but lacks personality. I would like access from the guest area to the main showroom. Service: As always spot on. Car wash returned car sparkling. Why only 4 stars? I knocked a star off for this reason: On 10.07.2025 I had a tire with a nail removed and plugged. According to service diagnostic, the plug was leaking. Instead of recommending a close by tire dealer to re-plug the tire, Lexus' fix was to buy a new $350 tire! Sad recommendation. The next day I returned to the tire dealer who plugged the tire. We did a long soak and not a single bubble appeared. Thus, Lexus, I now questions your recommendations for future diagnostic repair.
