Always good service.
Christian was very friendly and even surprised me with remembering our last visit and specific problem. He kept everything on track and I was able to drive away confidently. He did say my tire would need to be replaced in 10,000 miles, which surprised me. This is the second set of tires I've had in 53,000 miles. That seems inappropriate. I'll take the car to my tire guys for a "second opinion." Christian and I talked about the new cars out this year. I came away thinking he was giving me a sales job all the way around - maybe that makes him a good employee. I'm old enough to think about all the angles and not get swayed into looking at buying a new car (mine is 2015). But I'd hire Christian in a heartbeat if I was an employer! Thanks, guys, for the great work.

Great Service
Michael did an excellent job of reviewing options beyond 60,000 mile service. After the car was finished at the end of the day and we were both leaving, he helped me reprogram the front passenger window because the memory was lost due to the battery being disconnected during the service.

60,000 mile service per manufacturer's recommendation
The dealership as a whole is very professional and people oriented. They always try to do their best which can be a challenge in this particular industry, I speak from personal experience since my grandfather and uncle had their own small car dealership.
