Very professional. I love the inspection videos. Though, this recent visit was just about the air filter and nothing else. I like a thorough video but aside from that it was a great visit.

I have used this dealer for years to maintain my 2004 Pathfinder. Last spring I took it in for an inspection, battery and oil leak repair. They found nearly 7k in repairs (I was expecting 2k I knew the cost of the oil leak already). I took it to another mechanic, and he said the only think that had to be done was replacing the battery. Passport had claimed I needed a new alternator and there was an issue in rear suspension, for approximately 2k each. Neither of which was needed nor could he identify why they said I needed these repairs. The other mechanic acknowledged there was a minor oil leak but it was not significant enough to address at this time.

The sales team was lacking transparency when negotiating the cost of the vehicle that I inquired about. They discounted the vehicle and then try added additional charges back in to the final selling price. I purchased my new vehicle elsewhere as this dealership was difficult to get straight answers from.
