My Vehicle Service With BMW Passport

On Monday, December 27, 2021, I brought my vehicle in for Service. Steve Heath was my Service advisor. Always greet with a smile, very knowledgeable, and courteous. When I purchase my first BMW back in1999, I put on Steve’s Silver Team. For me I feel comfortable talking to him regarding my vehicle. I give Passport FIVE stars. I also got a complimentary car care. My husband and I recently purchased a 2022 BMW X5. Our experience with Passport BMW was fantastic. Our Client Advisor, Ben Stith, was extremely professional, knowledgeable beyond measure and direct. The sales manager was very helpful with the trade-in aspect of our purchase. We were pleased to have a tech spend time with both of us individually to review the technical operations of our new vehicle. The entire process flowed smoothly and swiftly, I highly recommend Passport BMW and Ben Stith for sales!

So happy with the customer received at Passport that I drove from Central VA to purchase my second one from them. The whole team at Passport (Nathan, Milos, Ian, Jeff) made my second purchase just as positive as the first time around. i recommend them to everyone.

Just purchased a BEAUTIFUL BMW X3 and couldn't be happier! Thank you to the GM Nate Tibbetts for all of the time he spent guiding us to the perfect vehicle. His wealth of knowledge, care for our interests, and ease to work with made the car buying process a breeze. Nate was patient and answered every question we had, but also pointed out several features and information that we would not have known or known to inquire about, further helping guide us to a vehicle that would truly best meet our needs. All of the other sales and finance team members of the BMW Passport team were friendly and helpful, making Passport the obvious recommendation for us when friends ask where to purchase a BMW from.

Worked with Nathan Tibbetts and the team at Passport BMW to purchase a CPO M5. great experience. They did not pressure and were transparent about looking at comparable cars at area competitor dealerships. I definitely felt I got a good deal. Test drove the car on a Tuesday and was driving it home on Friday!

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Bought 2 series in...

Absolutely atrocious customer service. Bought 2 series in August 2021. My salesman, Jordan Riley, immediately became unresponsive after selling me the car. Left two voicemails and sent 4 emails. Asked directly for the sales manager on my most recent call and was forwarded to a voicemail. If every transaction unfolded this way there’s no way this place would still be in business. I drove over 4 hours from NC to buy the car I wanted and what a joke. First, he didn’t relay my intentions about down payment to the finance manage. They did the paperwork wrong and cost me a 2 hour phone call to my bank the next week to rectify it. Then, somehow messed up my license plate application. I got my plates over 8 weeks after car purchase. I randomly got a check in the mail for an overcharge for tag and title. The spare key fob with the car had a dead battery and he told me to go buy a spare battery. Really? I just bought a $30k car from you. How petty. I also accidentally left some CDs in my trade-in car (which they undersold me on by probably about $1000) and have yet to receive them in the mail. He said he’d send them and never did. I’ve given up on contacting them so here’s my xxxxty review for the world to see. Go somewhere (LITERALLY ANYWHERE) else to buy your BMW.
