Lincoln is a great service advisor. He knows what his customers need. The parts department at Ocean has the most knowledgeable and experienced employees I have ever worked with. They can resolve any issues you may have. Try them some time, you will not regret this Parts department.

Great customer service!
Great customer service! Max is my primary service advisor, and he’s always welcoming and thorough, explaining everything before and after the service so there are never any surprises. I always feel well taken care of at Ocean Honda. The waiting area is smaller and cozy, but the coffee and snacks are a nice touch. Even though I have two Honda dealerships closer to me, I choose to stay loyal to Ocean Honda because of the excellent service. Shout out to Max and the whole Ocean Honda team—keep up the great work!

Within the first 10,000 miles of a brand-new car, there
Within the first 10,000 miles of a brand-new car, there was an engine oil leak at the transmission crankshaft inspection port. After the dealership’s repair, I noticed the following problems: • The fuel tank, which had been completely full, was now missing 1/8 of its gasoline. • When I got home and checked, I found the engine oil was severely low, with the level barely reaching the very bottom tip of the dipstick. • The bottom of the transmission was covered in overflowing transmission fluid. • One plastic anchor fastener for the underbody shield was missing. • The right rear tire had low tire pressure. Is this really the quality of after-sales service provided by Honda in the United States?
