Thank you for getting me and fixing my card (throttle body) when no other Ford dealership closer to me would (I live in San Mateo). All of my questions were answered. They were patient with me. They offered a coupon which was much appreciated since I am retired and on a fixed income. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They made sure I had everything I needed while I was waiting and all salesman said hello to me while I was waiting.
