Great Communication

Great communication and service all three times that I have been there, including brake work on a 64 Thunderbird.

2016 Mustang

Thank you for getting me and fixing my card (throttle body) when no other Ford dealership closer to me would (I live in San Mateo). A friend of mine who lives in Half Moon Bay said you would take care of me and you did! My car is driving great. I'm not scared to drive it for fear that it will stall out on me on the freeway again. Take care!! :)

Great Job, James Ford, Half Moon Bay!

All of my questions were answered. They were patient with me. They offered a coupon which was much appreciated since I am retired and on a fixed income. They didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. They made sure I had everything I needed while I was waiting and all salesman said hello to me while I was waiting. Good job, James Ford, Half Moon Bay!

Nice people to do business with.

I love my new Ford Edge. It has all the comforts of my previous car, a BMW X5, but at a substantial savings in monthly payments. My salesperson listened to what I wanted in a car and what was important to me in coming up with a payment plan, and met my needs and expectations. It is nice to have a local dealership in Half Moon Bay that is part of the community.

Show me my Ford Fusion Titanium Energi

Buying my Ford Fusion Titanium Energi was a breeze. Steve had directed me on what cars were available and we actually went over all the pricing information over the phone. I went to test drive the car at a diff location so once I knew I wanted to buy it, it was an easy purchase buying experience. Steve had all my paperwork ready and I was in/out in no time. It was a very easy transaction. And Steve is a funny guy. Also thanks to Francois for showing me how to navigate the car with all it's bells and whistles.

When you need a truck, here's the place to shop.

I traded up to a very clean, used F-150 King Ranch pickup with very low miles. The sales team made the entire deal go very smoothly and delivered on time. I appreciate the wide inventory available to chose from when it comes time to trade trucks.
