What a journey it has been trying to buy my 2021 Ford Bronco First Edition. From beginning to end, I can honestly say that it has been nothing but a pleasure working with the incredible team at Towne Ford of Redwood City. This was my first time reserving a car, so I was quite unfamiliar with the process. Kevin has gone above and beyond of any dealership I have worked with to ensure I have the best experience. From the day I reserved the Bronco (July 2020), to when I finally was able to purchase it, he has been supportive every step of the way. There are nearly 40 email exchanges between us, and every time, he was attentive, even when he was on vacation. I have never had a dealership provide that level of support, huge thank you to you, Kevin! I also had the pleasure of working with Carlos and Manny on the day I purchased my Bronco. From the moment I arrived at the dealership, there was Carlos with the keys. Carlos was nothing but friendly, informative, and supportive as well. This was the first time I had spoken with Carlos, and he made me feel as if we have been friends for a while; that’s the type of experience everyone should have when visiting a dealership. Once we started the finance conversations, Manny was very helpful in every capacity. There were a few areas we had questions on, and he was quick to guide us through the entire process. Similar to everyone I had spoken to thus far, he was friendly and made sure we felt confident with our purchase. Carlos and Manny, a big thank you to you as well! All I can say is that this I HIGHLY recommend Towne Ford of Redwood City to anyone wanting to buy a Bronco or any other vehicle. Felt like a VIP!
I needed to purchase a car for my daughter who is going off to college and trade in our old explorer for a new one with 4wd. From start to finish the team at Towne Ford made me feel really wonderful about the whole process. From Francisco and Carlos in Sales were wonderful and answered all my questions, they even delivered the car to my house! Bass in Finance is a miracle worker and Steve the manager and the rest of the crew were great to work with and they all made the deal happen. They have a great inventory and are very conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Say no to service k ; no on Town Ford Service!
Julius Chavez thinks a 7 am appointment is an appointment to turn your car over to them, not an appointment for them to work on your car. He is emphatic about it and sees nothing wrong with that approach to caring for other people's time and money. They took my car at 7 am, kept it all day, and did nothing. Called me at 4 pm to say they needed another day because they hadn't gotten around to it. Investigation of a suspected oil leak noted by their tech during an oil change the week before. Funny--they never flagged any issues when the service agreement was active. Rather than let them do something or do nothing to my car for another day, I decided to take my car somewhere else. No oil leak. False report leading to unnecessary appointment and loss of use of car for one day. Towne Ford wanted to frustrate me even more, but I wouldn't give them the chance. Never again. I gave my local Ford dealership $42k for a car and a service contract. This is how they treat people who spend enough to keep them all employed. Never again. Everyone knows you can get a better deal in San Jose, Daly City, or Livermore. Tracy even cheaper. Julius Chavez is going to put Towne Ford in Redwood City out of business.

I would NEVER buy from Towne ford again
I wish I had read these reviews before buying a car. I would NEVER buy a car from TOWNE FORD. They worked out well for the initial sale aspect of the transaction. HOWEVER I am eligible for a 500$ Military rebate. Kevin IBARRA was supposed to get back to me on how long I had too collect the paper work to get it. He completely FAILED, He did NOT get back to me, when I called to find out what was going on he told me that he is sorry that he messed up and that, it is now IMPOSSIBLE for me to get the rebate. So by doing a bad job it COST me 500$. ALSO I felt pressured into buying the service package, which I now REGRET.

Ran into pole pulling out the truck
This was one of the worst dealer experiences I’ve ever had. Came to see a 2010 F150 that has been online for over 2 weeks. The sunroof was stuck open and the driver power seat was broken. Coolant was low. And the Sales Director proceeded to run into a pole pulling the truck out of the lot and did not even offer a discount or apologize in any way. Slimy. Do not recommend. Buying elsewhere. Big pain after driving 2 hours.

I've bought two cars now from Towne Ford! This is a fantastic business that's been around for a while. This store has a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. I've enjoyed doing business here both times I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles

Escape to seattle
Alex and Wilson were personable and responsive allowing use to utilize the Escape almost immediately thus avoiding added rental car cost Contacts and finance are a wreck! Incomplete paperwork, delays in transmitting documents failure to provide trip documents have been frustrating. From their insistence that we sign o contract rather than paying cash; it has been more than 30 days Nd we still do not have a title. In fact after several phone calls I prompted this dealer to actually order that from the California Dept of licensing that was done only last week.
