This is a second time I have purchased a vehicle from Billion Hyundai and Ian Kumerow was my sales person. Ian is a very personable gentleman and has very sharp listening skills with customers request. Ian is very knowledgeable and very comfortable to work with, and could definitely share his skills with the younger sales people.I would definitely recommend him to anybody buying a vehicle and when I purchased another vehicle, I will definitely be using Ian.

Very professional & easy!

My service was great - Chance kept me updated on all the service needed & cost. Video of inspection was very helpful. It was a very pleasant experience.

Chance gives the best customer service experience!

Positive purchase experience

Salesman-Joe- gave his undivided attention! Quite honestly, a very positive experience. No pressure; presented facts about the vehicle. He made sure that all my questions & concerns were answered/ taken care of. Good eye contact as well!

Looking for a trade

I was disapointed with service and information. I have has much better service in the past even when dealing with Billion Motors. I was given a coupon for a car wash saying "you have to go home with a clean car", but was sent out with so little gas in the tank that I was unable to get home with it. That has never happened before. Then was told, "we don't fill used cars. I can top it off when you come in." I said No, I was 15miles from home and out of gas and required 18 + gallons of gas. I was asked if I had any questions regarding settings on the dash, when I did not understand what settings all were and did not know what to ask. I am not up on this technology! Received very little info about the vehicle I was buying. Ended up with a used car, but it only had 4000 miles. Windows were dark when test driving on a very bright day it was not a problem and unnoticed but home in the dark it distorts the vision. It was never mentioned while looking at the car. The front windows were ad ons but the one on the back hatch was factory and could not be removed is what I was told when I called in.
