    We have top of line credit, left another dealer who wouldn’t honor pricing they put on their website for a vehicle then made the buying process for a different... vehicle hell. We walked away after 5 hours and ended up at Nissan ... from the car salesman to the credit department we were treated with respect and as though our time and patronage was valued. We test drove two vehicles, asked lots of questions and got credit done within 3 hours

    Great customer service. Appreciate being acknowledged immediately and friendly. Oil change was scheduled and completed promptly. Nice clean waiting room... but only issue was CNN on TV, loud volume and news disrespectful. I waited in another area.

    The place was very nice and the staff was very helpful while I was there. Then I left... Traded in a vehicle and purchased another used vehicle. Checked... with the salesman after 3 weeks as I had not received payoff for my trade-in or paperwork for my new vehicle. I was assured that everything was in order. Two weeks later I try again, get sent to voicemails or told so-and-so will call me back. Three days later I finally get a call and am told they sent my paperwork to their corporate location (instead of the bank and me) and it sat there the entire time. Several days of this before they say they have sent new paperwork and begin IMMEDIATELY telling me I need to send a check back ASAP (as I still owed a small amount on my new vehicle). I'm told that they would cover any fees/fines from the lapsing paperwork. I was hesitant as I left them my trade-in 6 weeks earlier and had not seen a dime of it yet. Finally, everything comes through and I can register my new vehicle. But wait, due to their delays, I owe an extra $400 because I cannot get a refund for my old registration. So I send them the papers from the DMV explaining this, but get ignored several times. TLDR: Dealership lost paperwork, cost me an extra $400 and 10 hours of my time trying to straighten it out. Poor communication throughout and refusal to reimburse my extra costs incurred because of their negligence.

    Austin, It is always disappointing to hear about problems with getting the paperwork and title work put together in a timely manner. I apologize for... the time and money you had to spend getting your vehicle purchase titled and licensed! As a company that is in the business of selling new and used vehicles, we should have the process down. For us, we PREFER the transaction to go smoothly, so we can close out the financing without ANY delays. For us, this creates the same type of frustration, time and money wasted while trying to simply complete a process and move on to our next customer. One situation that occasionally exists, is a bank requiring certain documentation that we need the purchaser to provide. We messed up not getting the title work to you as quickly as we normally do, however the file was sent to the wrong bank, that is something that rarely happens and we are normally on it right away. Our fault for sure. We are aware of your case, and have made changes with regards to tracking title work that goes along with the bank package. In addition, we are working on documenting the communication process, so that everyone is on the same page. There does seem to be a lot of miscommunication, we want to make sure we document this more carefully so that we can review circumstances when this occurs. It makes us a better company, we stand by our brand of exceptional customer service, and admit it when we failed to provide complete 100% satisfaction. As I have asked of you in the past, please contact our customer care department at 888-995-3910 to resolve the late registration fees.

    I’ve been dealing with the satellite radio not working for over a year. I’m extremely frustrated with the service on this problem. I got the car new in... 2017 and the radio does not work on xm!!! Just happens to work when I bring it in for service.
