We a had a great experience at Larry Hopkins Honda in Sunnyvale. We initially brought in our Honda Odyssey for service (purchased at another dealership where we had a bad experience). Felix Ong took the time to explain features of the Odyssey that the original salesman had neglected to explain to us. When we came back to purchase a CR-V, Felix was the person we wanted to work with. Not only was he similarly helpful, but when we negotiated the price, he came with a fair offer that matched the discount we would have gotten from another car buying service.
