Adam Zazai and the team at Sunnyvale Ford helped me complete a CPO car purchase during my lunch hour. All the paperwork was ready and the car had been detailed with a full tank of gas. Would definitely recommend anyone looking at Ford to give these guys a chance to earn your business.

I could not have asked for a better person to buy a car from than Safi Adin of Sunnyvale Ford. He was courteous, knowledgeable but most of all, he gave me the best deal on the car I chose to buy. He was honest, straightforward and advised me as if he were a family member. I have bought many cars in my life but I never wasted a second trying to bargain with Safi because I knew he was giving me the best price for the value. Although as a customer I always want a better price, my experience with all those who work at the Ford Dealership has mostly been positive. Whether it's customer service skills, or knowledge of the product, everyone does a pretty good job. Hamed Bayrami, who helped me search for my new car, was especially kind and helpful. When questioned about something outside of his area of expertise, he was honest enough to say that he needed to check, and then would research and get back to me. He went the extra mile to help me return my rental, and I am very grateful for that. He was friendly even through the moments when we disagreed on the price. Going to be honest, I find the prices too high, and my purchase was a huge stretch for someone with my income. However, that doesn't mean that I don't recognize the level of skill and professionalism in all the Sunnyvale Ford employees. All the way from Sales to the service department, everyone does a fantastic job. Please, please do something about bringing down those horribly high prices though. Thank you....

I'm leaving this review because the salesperson that helped me was very pleasant to work with. I leased my car here before and it was a horrible experience, but this time around it was different right from the get go. He was friendly and his demeanor was nice.
