Great deal and experience at Sunnyvale Toyota

I just bought a fully loaded Toyota Highlander limited platinum through the Costco auto program. Jessica of the dealership showed me a price I could not refuse. It was the most hassle free and anxiety free experience I had. Looked at the price, pay for the car, wait for it cleaned and out of the door. Super quick and efficient. Jessica was very pleasant and helpful throughout the process. No pressure at all. I guess the deal sells itself. Even dealing with the finance manager Kevin was a pleasure. He didn’t try to push anything I don’t need. It was a great experience. I will definitely do it again with the Costco program at Sunnyvale Toyota. Could have been great, but....

Got the car I wanted, with no pressure sales. Very nice! However, the sales person Melissa, had told me the car would be 'detailed and have a full tank of gas'. Neither was true. I picked it up on a Saturday (Melissa wasn't there? Wasn't available? No one seemed to know) and was told it would be detailed and ready in 30 minutes. Seriously? I mean, I was born at night but it wasn't last night. 30 minutes to detail a car? Yeah... well, they cleaned the windows and vacuumed and that's it. I had to wipe down the doors and interior. Gas was on fumes. I also found a bulb was out in one of the taillights. Great car but really, don't tell people you're going to do something you have no intention of doing. Very disappointed.

John Ewell, used car sales. my evaluation

I had very specific requirements for my car. John was extremely patient with me and drove me around in it & let me & my daughter drive it also. We took two trips to Sunnyvale Toyota over a 2 week period before deciding on our car. In the end I believe I found the right car for me.

2018 Toyota Corolla Experience

Truly Exceptional Service

It was a pleasure to lease a new 2018 Rav4 from Bobby Scott at Toyota Sunnyvale. I loved the low key, no-pressure approach -- just the facts and figures.
