Buying my RAV4 Adventure was an adventure!

Luke was helpful and I liked that he was able to complete the process from start to finish instead of passing me around from person to person. I have to travel three hours to get to Sunnyvale and this is my second car I have bought from them.The first one was from John Ewell.

Excellent Customer Service. Very Good Deal

I was very pleased with the purchase that I made. I got a very good deal. Dan was very professional. He provided excellent customer service. I contacted him prior to coming in and he followed through and responded to every single one of my questions. Originally, I had contacted all the Toyota dealerships in the Bay Area. I don't have a lot of time to go shop around so I would rather do it online, via email/text first. So I narrowed down to a few dealership where I would visit. Toyota Sunnyvale was the 2nd dealership that I went to and after talking to Dan, I knew right away that I wanted to buy my car from Dan. He was willing to work with me on the pricing, whereas the other dealership they just sent me straight out the door after I told them the price that I wanted. Even if you already got a quote from other places, I still recommend you to give Dan a call and I'm sure he can beat that price for you. I highly recommend Dan Fuller.

Best car buying experience

This is by far the best experience that I’ve ever had at a car dealership from start to finish thanks to Jessica, Jon and Ryan. Just walking through the doors after a VERY horrible experience at Piercey Toyota, Jon welcomed us, got us a sales rep, Jessica, and we got started right away. We knew exactly what we wanted and how much we could afford. After a short discussion with Jessica, she was more than willing to work with us on the numbers to get us to where we needed to be. Afterwards, Jon came in, approved the sale, and next thing you know, we’re off to see Ryan in Finance. Ryan was so thorough, but quick and straight to the point. It was so uncomplicated unlike our previous experiences at other dealerships. We dotted our i’s, crossed our t’s and we were done. Jon, Jessica, and Ryan made this a fantastic experience. I will definitely recommend this Toyota over any other location as well as refer these three to anyone looking for a Toyota.

honest, non-pressure sale and great price

I literally contacted all the dealers in bay area, as far as to ones in Richmond where I bought my first Toyota and got great price, and None can beat the offer from this dealership and the way the salesperson (Jessica) interacted with me is truly very nice: she was courteous, non-confrontational, and genuinely honest. I chatted with the owner of this dealership some 15 years ago (not sure if this dealership is still under him) and was really impressed by his honesty, courtesy, and openness, that is a factor as well.

Great buying experience!

Got the car my son wanted at our target price! It took a little longer than normal but the Toyota team pulled it through! Kudos to John Ewell, Amir and most of all for Bart in finding us a loan agreeable to us! Great teamwork!!!
