Very good experience at the dealership.

Very good experience at the dealership. This was my second purchase and the process was pretty painless. Very professional and courteous. Both times I dealt with salesperson Socrates and sale manager Tranh..They were both very easy to work with and did a great job, Two car purchases in past 2 years I think says it all. Would recommend them and that dealership without hesitation.

Randall helped me out today and was very helpful and explained what I would need to get done. Everyone here is always so nice and they have helped me out in a pinch when I needed a tune up before going on a long trip and fit me in.

Magnussen's

Had my routine 6 months's service since I've been doing for my Prius since 2015. Went smoothly as always. Somewhat more expensive than usual, but this was a 50,000 mile service, rather more items than usual. Went smoothly and completed pretty much as predicted

My Service Experience

I was greeted right away by a helper who told me my service advisor, Alex, would be with me shortly. Alex came out in a few minutes and he introduced himself and escorted me to his office. Alex was courteous and efficient and understood what I wanted checked on my Prius before I take a 600-mile trip. He got me ride home with Lyft in 3 minutes! He texted me when my car was ready and when I arrived he saw me across the parking lot and greeted me by name. I was impressed that he remembered my name after only meeting me once. He told me two of my tires would need replacing soon but he didn't pressure me. I got home and decided that since I had 35,000 miles on these tires it was time for new tires. I tried calling the business where I bought my current tires (Wheel Works) and they never answered their phone and so I couldn't leave a message; I also tried to call Costco Tire Center and they never answered their phone. I texted Alex at Magnussen's and he gave me a quote and said he could give me an appointment tomorrow for new tires. I was happy to give him my business since I liked him and I didn't want to spend time trying to get quotes from places that don't even answer their phones. I was very happy with my service experience today.

I received excellent customer service from the service

I received excellent customer service from the service advisor Tony: everything was done on time, he clearly explained which services are delivered, and in addition, he figured out that my license plate on the back of the car was doubled and moved one license plate to the front of the car (I haven't noticed that and could get in trouble with police!).
