I have been a Concord Toyota customer for decades now. Never have I been unhappy or dissatisfied with their service. From the people who greet you as you drive in for service, to the Service Technicians, to the courtesy shuttle drivers, I have nothing but utmost respect and appreciation for their excellent customer-care and professionalism. Special shout-out to my Service Technician, Nick Broussard, and the shuttle service driver, Andrew P.! They certainly took good care of me during my last visit.

originally had an issue with swirls upon the paint job of my car by the service department when attempting to buff out a small scratch when I purchased the vehicle. Michael the general manager reached out to me on the issue and asked me to bring the vehicle back to the dealership so that they may look at the car and fix the problem. I went to see Kathryn, the service department manager, and explained the situation. She was very professional and knowledgeable, and assured me she could remedy the problem. When we returned to pick the car up it was in perfect condition! We were very pleased with the results, the staff and the above average service we received!
