I've tried a few Honda service centers in the Fremont / South bay area with mixed results. The level of service depends on your service advisor and how much you feel you can trust them. So I Googled and Yelp'ed and found Lilly Carbis at the AutoNation Honda Service center. She is hands down one of the best advisors I have come across. She clearly knows her way around a car and is great at what she does. She's also great at customer service and goes far in taking care of her customers. There are some other (favorable) reviews for her as well on Yelp, but the sentiments are well deserved.

This team spent an overwhelming amount of time with me. I walked in trying to figure out my options for my lease and walked out with a brand new car. I received wonderful service and they did everything the could up until I drove off the lot. Im truly grateful. It wasnt just about the sale. I cried in happiness because I couldnt believe all that was done for me. Thank you Vinny, Tamin (hope I spelled that correctly) and Henry. You have no idea the awe I feel today.
