I had a great experience with Allison at your location. I spoke with probably 10 different sales people from different parts of NC over a 3 day period trying to get the best deal on a used car for my son. I called allison and inquired about a vehicle for sale. She was the friendliest and most helpful of all the dealers I spoke with. She answered my questions promptly, accurately, and professionally. The deal she worked for the vehicle I was interested in and the down payment I wanted for my car went smoothly without hassle. I ended up purchasing a vehicle elsewhere because of the upgraded trim on the car. I would have been upset had I been her because I kept her waiting all day for an answer and she even stayed after her scheduled time waiting on my decision.
