I just bought a 2026 x7 from this dealership. I want to express my deepest appreciation to Max Erakat for providing the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and surprisingly easy. We were able to negotiate a deal seamlessly through emails and phone calls, and Max promptly sent over all the price details. When the day came to pick up my car, there were no surprises — only a better deal than expected. I would also like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Basir Ahmadi, the finance manager. He was incredibly mindful of our time, knowing that my wife and I had to leave soon to pick up our kids. Without sacrificing clarity or thoroughness, he handled all the paperwork with remarkable speed and efficiency. It was clear that he respected our schedule and still ensured that everything was handled with care. Lastly, I want to sincerely thank Isabel Solario for her assistance during the pickup process and her care in providing excellent after-sale service. She was there to support us during the final steps and made sure everything went smoothly. When we reviewed the purchase contract and noticed that the maintenance plan listed was “Ultimate Care” instead of the negotiated “Ultimate Care Plus,” she handled the concern immediately. I texted Isabel with my concern, and she quickly followed up with Basir to clarify the issue. Within a short time, she confirmed that it was simply a formatting issue in the contract and reassured me that the plan I had actually purchased was indeed the Ultimate Care Plus (5 years / 75,000 miles). Her responsiveness and clear communication gave me confidence and peace of mind.

Went to our local BMW looking for a new vehicle after our

Went to our local BMW looking for a new vehicle after our old one got totaled out on a hit and run. The dealers there were all very nice and helpful and treated us like family. We were able to be in and out in a few hours. Definitely recommend going back there again.

Negotiated over email with Jeremiah, who was very knowledgeable, responsive, and clearly communicated throughout the process. Pickup was very smooth, had a scheduled appointment to come in and sign paperwork (and view/test drive the vehicle), was in and out in under an hour. Everyone at the dealership we worked with was very customer focused, which is rare for dealerships these days. They have a great showroom and inventory, this is where you want to buy your Bimmer.

I have had consistently poor service from this dealership

I have had consistently poor service from this dealership and would avoid them if I had it to do again. I leased an i4 with 4,000 dealer-only miles on it. There have been a series of issues that have needed attention. Promises are made to address problems or provide information, but there has not been any follow-up and issues are not addressed, let alone resolved. They have real communincation & client service issues. One issue had to do with difficulty charging. After several calls to BMW's help line I was told that the Fremont dealership had not done a software update from 4 months (!) before I leased the car (so they were 2 software updates behind), and had not bothered to check software status before handing the car off to me, resulting in errors in charging. Between multiple calls with the BMW help desk (one of which was 90 minutes long), reading the wholely inadequate manual, searching reddit etc I spent more than 3 hours trying to fix a critical issue (charging!) that should not have been a problem in the first place. As a seperate example, they misspelled my first name so when starting the car I received an on-screen greeting similar to "Hi Michoel." They did not fix it, lied about what was involved to make this minor correction, and told me that I "had signed" papers so the error was my fault not theirs. Of course I did not sign anything with my name misspelled. Ultimately the help desk fixed the name in 30 seconds.

I leased an i4 from Freemont BMW.

I leased an i4 from Freemont BMW. They were super helpful with finding the right car and answering questions for me about the car. I drove from almost 2 hours away to get my car from this place. The time spent in the dealership was reasonable and everyone there was great. When I got home, I realized that there was no charger in the car and I only had one key. Maybe I should have checked these things before I left, but I was so excited about the car I just left. The salesperson told me when I called him that same day, Saturday, he would put a charger in the mail on Monday and would follow up about the key. It is now 3.5 weeks later and I still do not have a charger that I can use. They finally sent me a level 2 charger last week, but did not include the level 1 charger. This was after multiple calls to different people, including a manager. It's super frustrating and feels like once I left the lot, they were done helping. The communication has been terrible as well. I have waited a while to put this review up, hoping something would be resolved, but nothing so far. I am still having to go to a charging station to drive my car. Will not be recommending anyone to this place, nor will we return.

Service Advisor Nathan made the experience 1000% better. Never met anybody with great customer service like his. Will only request for Nathan moving forward. Very knowledgeable and you don’t feel pressured to agree on any services that you don’t want done!
