Despite my previous comments I just got an email for two
Despite my previous comments I just got an email for two minor filter changes after they had the car for 3 hrs. They could have called and got the work authorized while they had the car. The owner is almost 94 years old and doesn’t drive. She comes because it’s her car. Incompetent, non caring, workers not in sync with service advisors. Thoughtless Bots.

Selling lemons
Tried to sell me a car that had an oil leak. They told me they hadn't noticed It in their own inspection. They tried to dispute that there is an oil leak although I had photos. If there's oil leaking out of the engine it's pretty clear it's an oil leak. Would not adjust the price or fix the oil leak. The dealership themselves told me it would be 3000$ to fix it!!
