It was less than one hour from the time we took the test drive until the time we drove off the lot! I would highly recommend this family owned dealership to anyone!

Eli responded quickly, was helpful, gave us a fair trade in deal, had a good deal on the car we bought, and made the car buying process as quick and painless as possible. We ran into a little snag with some paperwork from our trade in but he made it no big deal.

Had pleasant experience buying a car from this dealer. Came there to check a bmw. Good service, no pressure, had a test drive on my own. Eventually was not the car I was looking for, but Edward, the owner, suggested that they can buy a car for me on the auction according to my preferences. I've provided the list of criteria, and was given a number of options to choose from. I was able to look through the auction web site and check all the nuances of the cars offered. I've picked up a car to order leaving a deposit of $500. The car arrived in 3 days, and there was no hassle to take it to a mechanics inspection and ensure all is good. Edward also advised me the manager on bmw dealership who transferred the warranty to me. It's been almost a month since I've purchased the car. Happy with it so far. Edward gave me a curtecy call to check if everything is good and I'm happy with the car, which I also appreciated.

I contacted this dealer about an online add for a 2010 Prius. When arranging financing I was told the advertised price was a cash only price, that there would be an additional $1000 added. There was also some number juggling going when were talking about the down payment.
