Long review for a start to finish experience with Dublin Toyota employees. Purchased a Rav4 Hybrid through Dublin Toyota after quite a tumultuous experience. I had absolutely TERRIBLE experiences with 3 sales team members (one I did not get a name from him, Mike, and Greg Jackson). One did not seem to have answers about any cars. Did not know what was on the lot and was showing us cars that were not what they were. Mike seemed too busy to assist, even after he made a commitment to communicate with me the following day. And lastly, Greg, who tried so hard to sell me anything he could, instead of what I was looking for. The pressure was a bit discouraging, but I took it with a grain of salt, as I know they are there to sell. I think he might do better if he actually listened to what the buyer was looking for, instead of telling them what they wanted. I ended up pretty turned off by the experience and started looking elsewhere even though the car I really wanted was sitting on their lot. A week or so later, I saw an available car AGAIN at Dublin Toyota. I asked my boyfriend to reach out to someone and we got lucky with Rohan Sharma. He was responsive, told us what our options were, honest with what we could or could not get and all in all, enjoyed the experience with him. The following day we went in to purchase the car. Our experience with the finance manager, Najib Noori was on point with our experience previous to Rohan. The process seemed easy, but a lot of mistakes and calling me back to sign more documents (at least 5 different times after he told me I was done). Ended up being that the car they sold me as new was actually a used car and they tried to tell me it was only a quick rollback, but the car was with a previous owner for 6 months (!!!). They tried to convince me all was the same, which with seeing the car, seemed right, but just the feeling of not getting the full information, but getting fed the information slowly after the car is already purchased doesn't sit right with me. I would recommend Rohan, as I still communicate with him, and with each frustrating thing that pops up. Najib is STILL calling us to come sign more documents that he forgot to have us sign when we were actually there to purchase the car. He is trying to get us to sign a CARFAX document that was not given to us prior to selling (the information us the car-- information that was oddly given to us after we had completed our purchase. While I'm busy at work, I'm not able to answer calls and off too late, so I get at least 5-6 calls plus text messages a day to get this document signed. It is a 3rd party document that has nothing to do with the sale of the car, but seems like they're trying to cover up something that they messed up on. All in all, great car and I just wish Dublin Toyota had more customer service oriented sales people and an organized finance department. The face of the dealership are the people you interact with and it's disappointing to say the least. Purchasing a car should not be so difficult, especially when you know exactly what you want and don't have a complicated financing (we paid fully in cash for this vehicle, so it was easier than loans and payments).

Awful
I saw that they had a used car I was looking for listed on cars.com, I called them up to check if they still had it and to set up a test drive. The sales person I talked to said he would check and call me back. A couple minutes later he calls me back and says its on the lot. I drive out to the delaership when I get there I see a sales person tell them I talked to someone on the phone about a test drive and she says the person i talked to will be right out. 15-20 minutes later noone has come to talk to me so i go search for another sales person. Almost everyone I talk to ignores me until I can eventually get someone to tell me that it was sold 2 days ago. So ultimately I drove 40 minutes there was ignored for 40 minutes told the car had been sold and drove 40 minutes home.

Rude, condescending, nasty, dishonest
These people are dishonest and condescending. Car salesman Derek was laughably rude to me when I said I was not interested in the car he was trying to sell me. He then tried to tell me I was stupid because I wasn't interested in the car. Is that how you think you'll get customers? By intimidating them into buying the car you want to sell them? This guy seems like he has a fragile ego. Pathetic.

Worst service/advisor
Right off the bat, the service advisor was more focused on how to charge money, misinformated me on what the problem may be. I showed him diagnostic done by another Toyota dealership and two other mechanic shops that the noise was coming from the transmission. I asked him all I want to know is if it is the transmission, will it be covered by the warranty. He was insisting he can’t tell me until I pay $185 AGAIN for his mechanic to tell me the same thing the other Toyota dealership already has. He was being rude. I escalated to the supervisor, what I realized was that they were brushing me off just because it was a defect and they might not get paid by me. I asked them to give me all their statements in writing, because each one of them were so contradictiry and misleading, but all of them refused to put any of their statementnts in writing. On top of it all they had misdiagnosed the problem twice already, now they expected me to pay for another diagnostics. Rediculously un proffessional. Will never recomment or step in that filty place again.

bad finance department
Finance department was a nightmare. They do not answer calls, return calls, or work well as a team. They deposited my post dated check early, bounced my account, and caused my mortgage payment to be returned. I only found out when I called to verify they charged my card and returned my check. It took them a week to return the money. I incurred penalty fees but would rather pay them myself then chase these people around any longer. I liked my car but it wasn't worth the stress. Next car I buy I will do my research and find a dealer that will take care of me from start to finish. Not just until the contract is signed.

Worst dealership
I called to check on the preowned car. The guy said yes but when I came and filled out application and negotiate on the interested rate later on the manager showed up and said somebody had deposit $4000 already over online. If the car is not available just tell me from the begining so I did not have to come this dealership waste my time. I hate it.

Toyota camry
I recently purchased a 2009 Toyota Camry from this dealership. The buying process was a bit painful took about 6 hours and they have something they call a due list and if you didn't put everything that you found wrong with the car on it they won't fix it. The next day I realized I don't have an owners manual(never purchased a car without one and why would the previous owner keep this item? It's of no use to them) Also I realized I have no car mats and I'm missing the lower parking light on the drivers side completely gone and I have a broken windshield one of those stars. The back seat where you pull down the arm rest looks like there was a wad of gum stuck there along with a leaky ink pen. The price just keeps growing with me. I took the car to two mechanics that both said it had a broken transmission mount so what did they do? They replaced the broken torque mount. I don't recommend this place at all.
