Sold me a truck that appeared and said to be a perfect truck needing nothing even had me pay more for it that what we agreed apon at first , $6,000 dollars later I have a perfect running truck now thanks to a plus transmission. Do not buy anything from this company !!

my dad bought a 2006 silverado 4x4 extended cab from here,the brakes was to the floor. good service. big variety of trucks and cars .

I would never buy anything from them again. We were told many untruths and it was a horrible experience. Ty was not truthful and very rude. He also hung up on us and swore at us when we tried to rectify the problem.

Car/truck/SUV shopping is NOT my favorite thing to do. However, Ty makes it so simple. I purchased a truck from this dealership, and have been more than pleased. I am once again returning to purchase a SUV and this is why...Honesty, integrity, friendliness, and value. Ty will tell you exactly what is wrong, what he fixed, and what will eventually cause a problem. He hides nothing! I appreciate this and will probably return to buy #3 eventually. I do have to say, there was a close runner up in this vehicle shopping escapade, but what sold me was value and when I stopped one final time with my father in law, close to closing time, Ty meet me in the parking lot before I could reach the door with the keys. He knew exactly what to do. On the other hand, the other dealer said on that final look over, when I walked clear into the office as they all sat in their chairs, we will be closing in 10 minutes....ummmm! Ok...I will take my money elsewhere...to Arnold's....Thanks for making my decision clear. I highly recommend this dealer.
