I had a great experience with this dealership!

I had a great experience with this dealership! The staff was friendly and helpful, and the whole service process was smooth and easy. I really appreciated that they partner with Uber so I didn’t have to wait at the dealership all day, it made things so much more convenient. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, water, and snacks available. Overall, everything felt well-organized and customer focused. Everardo Diaz was the best service advisor I’ve worked with. He was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and personable. He explained everything about my car’s service in a way that was easy to understand and made the whole process feel stress free. I really appreciated that he took my budget into consideration, helped me prioritize what needed to be done, and even worked out a discount for me. When I came back a few weeks later with another issue, he was just as helpful and compassionate. Truly one of the most genuine and professional advisors I’ve met!

I didn?

I didn?t even know there was a recall for my car until Kier C. from East Bay BMW called me and helped schedule my maintenance. He was so helpful from the start ? letting me know ahead of time that I?d have a loaner car available and answering all my questions with impressive knowledge. The check-in process was quick and easy thanks to him. Michael Angelo also went above and beyond to make sure I had a loaner car that actually fit my family and lifestyle, rather than just giving me whatever was available. He even took the time to walk me through the features of the larger SUV since I?ve been considering upgrading soon. Both Kier and Michael were incredibly friendly, kind, and professional, which made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. Thank you to both of them and the entire team at East Bay BMW ? it?s always a pleasure coming in!

Good service experience starting from the greeter, Wayne who is always happy and courteous when offering his service and after care service such as car wash. Service representative is knowledgeable and always offered free shuttle service to the area their service covered if you prefer to work / other places while your car is being repaired. 5⭐️
