This is my second time ever buying a car from a small dealership but i really did not expect this sort of treatment. This place is like the Four Seasons of small dealerships very clean office, VERY clean cars, clean bathroom (Yes bathrooms matter when buying a car) very professional staff and a family oriented business. I don't usually do reviews but the service was that good.

My experience started off good until I bought the vehicle and took it home the next day. My second time driving the vehicle my check engine light came on and showed I have over $1700 work of exhaust problems. I took back to them and they said you bought as Is and they weren?t surprised with the car issues. Talking to many auto mechanics this happens a lot all they do is reset the check engine every time you drive until the second time you drive it it comes back on. I would not recommend this dealership. Like I said starter off great until they received my money. Horrible experience.

This dealership was very helpful and friendly with helping me get the vehicle that I wanted. Joe the owner and his staff were good with working with you. Came in a on Saturday and an hour later I bought my vehicle. I would defiantly recommend my friends to these guys.

Clean and clear from the office,salesperson to the cars. I didn't expect much from the fact that the place was tiny and really hard to find. when i walked in it was a different story. I was amazed at how much care Mr. Kato and Luel gave to us. We looked and test drove at half of the vehicles on the lot and without any hesitation they showed us every single car. It just felt at ease, i hate when salespeople are too pushy. When we finally made our decision, the process took us less than an hour to walk out with the car. Very Pleased with the service.

I bought 2005 Accord last week. This car is very clean and works perfect. I am very satisfied with my car and their customer service. The sales rep. Luel was very friendly and helpful. highly recommend him.

I've purchased my second car for my daughter from this dealer, about two years ago I purchased my Lexus ES350.I have always has great service from this dealer. Good place to go for a used vehicle.
