I bought a great car and love it.

I bought a great car and love it. Unfortunately the follow up has been terrible. It only had one key and I’ve been chasing them down for over a month to get the second. Numerous calls and texts and nothing. I also asked to purchase a few accessories that they forgot to include in the delivery, still chasing that too. Definately buying more Mercedes. Will approach this dealership with caution.

I have to start out with a huge shout out to our sales

I have to start out with a huge shout out to our sales consultant, Jerel Shelton. We needed a used car for our 16-year old daughter. Jerel was patient, kind and knowledgeable. He listened to what our needs were and directed us to the perfect car for our daughter. I had been looking for a car for her for a while so I have had a lot of recent exposure to various dealerships and the people in them. Let me just say, Jerel was a breath of fresh air, helpful and not pushy! When we came to pick up the car, Jerel made sure the experience was really special for her and my daughter was delighted. I will send my friends and family his way and wish you all the best!
