Our salesman Jamel was wonderful.

Our salesman Jamel was wonderful. Explained the features of the car, was patient with our questions and supported us during the whole process. We met the GM John Lee who was terrific, and finally finance specialist Hany Yosri who was exceptional. Overall experience was excellent.

Yesterday I bought a Used car from Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek. Probably the least expense they had on the lot. But? I was treated like I was buying the top of the line Mercedes. Everyone was veery pleasant even the financial guy?which in my experience is very unusual. He understood my position and reacted favorable. A really nice guy. What blew my mind was that the general manger came by today hello. But the best part of the experience was my salesman. If I was back in the business world I would recruit him in a minute m ore importantly I would want him as a friend, Want to buy a Mercedes?go to Mercedes-Benz of Walnut Creek and ask for Danny Baptista.
