Friendly and knowledgeable staff.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The mechanic and service rep were both willing to talk honestly about which repair was needed and why. Even when I misunderstood how a feature worked and thought it was broken, they explained it to me without making me feel embarrassed. Sometimes mechanics/dealers can talk down to women. I appreciate it very much when I can get the help I need without ever being made to feel like anything other than an intelligent adult who just needed help with their car.

I needed 2 new keys and fobs.
I needed 2 new keys and fobs. They charged me $720 which I think is way overpriced. Then one of the fobs didn’t work so I had to go back. The service was great just extremely overpriced for only 2 new keys and fobs.

Left tow hook in car. Didn’t wash car after spending $3k on a fix. Hard to reach on the phone.
