Excellent Service Dept.

Hassle-free repairs and was provided a loaner car. Prices a bit on the high side, but not over-priced.

Great service!

We found out that our Honda didnt need any service but the Acura did; and the Acura also needed new tires and a wheel alignment. We received a discount on the tires and now have a car that drives like a dream.

Most recent repair service

I've been taking my Acura RL to Oakland Acura for 17 years and have been disappointed only 2 times in all those years. The Service Advisors are top-notch, the repair service always perfect, the facilities clean (especially the new site on Oakport St.), and I have always felt like I was the most important customer they service. Anthony C., new to Oakland Acura, was my advisor this last visit and he was terrific. He met me at the counter when I was checking out, went over the repair, walked with me to my car (this hasn't happened in YEARS!), and after I pointed out an issue I forgot to let him know about when dropping off the car, he tried to repair it. When he couldn't find the right size bolt (the repair was related to the body of the car), he showed me exactly what was needed to re-secure the guard panel, something I could easily do. I was treated with the highest quality of customer service.

A1 service at Acura if Oakland

Had to get my A1 service on my MDX and chose this facility due to their pricing. Greeted by Gary who was my advisor was excellent. Ive taken my MDX prior and have had no issues with their service. Gary recommended that the front end of the vehicle will need repair ASAP . I told him I will when it gets more noticeable I.e. rattles a lot. I will bring it here when the time comes.
