Christ Michaud is a star!! After a full day of hunting for our 16 year old’s first car, we thought we’d strike out again. But we walked in late on a holiday and were lucky enough to be greeted by Christ. He was awesome and gave us the full Lexus experience regardless of our budget. When nothing in stock worked, he went the extra mile and asked his manager if anything new was coming in. Sure enough, a trade-in from the day before hadn’t even hit the inventory and it turned out to be the perfect car! Our son was beyond thrilled, and the team even surprised him with a big red bow on top. Cutest moment ever!! Thank you, Christ, for going above and beyond and making this unforgettable!
