We have been customers of Toyota Marin for car leases, servicing, and purchasing since moving to this area in 2017. We keep returning because we’ve always had a good experience. We recently leased another car from them and worked with Sergio Morales on making our selection and putting the package together. Sergio was excellent: Knowledgable, helpful, and straightforward.

Utterly unscrupulous when it comes to used car sales. They will take advantage of you in every way possible. Also raised the price from the advertised price which is ILLEGAL. They don't respond no matter who I called and how many times. Unethical, greedy, manipulative. And I no longer trust their service department which I always used to use. Stay away! A lot of people on my local Nextdoor have had similar experiences.

What appeared to be a more straightforward used car sales, ended up being your typical bad used car sale experience. Once we verbally agreed, things became a total mess -- paperwork, confusion of what type of check is needed, length of time to close ("almost done, this time I swear, just a few more minutes, they're just printing something out, almost wrapped up), multiple trips back to dealer, misplaced check, post sale carwash confusion, filling up all makes and models with regular gas (poor form). They have some folks who appear to be trying to do the right thing, but overall it was bad and do not recommend.

They were very responsive. Just haven't had time to get over there. They sent a video.

Jason was the person who helped me, is good person educated and he knows his assignment, is very professional.

The salesman was very unprofessional and rude. He used abusive language on voicemail. I would not recommend this dealership. It is not worth your time and effort. There are better dealerships and better people elsewhere. Though the manager apologized later, I never had such a bad experience elsewhere.

Keith was very patient with me and help me with everything that I needed! I very recommend Toyota Marin for your new car.

This is the 4th car that I've purchased from Toyota Marin because they offer good service while buying the car and servicing it after the purchase.
