Strong team of distinguished professionals
Toyota of Marin provided a seamless professional experience for an out-of-state buyer purchasing a used Sienna minivan. Excellent follow-up, manager involvement, quick turnaround, and quality communications. Helpful, honest guidance. Brooke even offered to pick us up from the airport, which they did, and we completed the transaction is less than 90 minutes, and we were on our way with a beautiful certified Toyota Sienna. The finance manager didn’t push to the point of pain on add-on warranty products (close, but comfortable), and the paperwork was all ready to go. An auto dealership experience done right by the strong team of distinguished pros at Toyota Marin.

Wonderful Service
My lease on my third Toyota was about to end in 2 months. I came into the dealership to see what my options were, not even knowing if I wanted another Toyota. I've always loved Toyota, but thinking I might want a change. As soon as I walked in, I was greeting by Tyler T. He had sold me my second Toyota, 6 years ago, and he remembered me. We talked about my options and he was just so friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. It was because of him, I have my fourth Toyota and couldn't be happier. Customer service was wonderful.

Gian is the BEST and Toyota Marin ROCKS!
Before coming to Toyota Marin, I went to a Honda dealership. I'm so glad I did because it allowed me to truly appreciate the depth of service that Toyota Marin provides. At Honda I was greeted by an empty lot (no customers, no life) and a pretty cold salesman who barely wanted to show me any cars, let alone talk about deals or financing. Maybe it was the crappy beater I drove up in, but I felt totally out of place and unwanted and I thought to myself "this was a bad idea." My dad coaxed me into going to check out Toyota Marin – he had bought a Prius a couple years ago with my mom and Gian was their sales person. We were greeted the exact opposite – big smiles, hand shakes, and the show room was teeming with life. Gian is extraordinarily friendly and personable, straightforward and honest – I never felt like he was sales-y or phony or was only being nice for business. I pretty much walked straight up to the Prius C2, and knew she was the one for me. There was a special deal at Novato Toyota and they worked super super hard to match the deal. I'm grateful for everyone at Toyota Marin for their incredible dedication to customer service and making this is such a joyous process! Thank you thank you thank you!

My wife and I were greatly impressed by Doreen's knowledge of the car we wanted and of al the features available to us.
