Perry and Tommy were very nice. They help me get into a clean trailblazer SS, and even stayed open late on Christmas Eve to get the paperwork done for me

Merry Christmas Jacob! We hope you are enjoying your Chevy Trailblazer SS. Let us know if we can help you in the future.
I had the absolute worst experience with the whole staff at Drive512. We had an interaction where both Drive512 and myself got upset to the point where I was cussed at by the older salesman and the owner who works in the back had such a bad attitude and was beyond disrespectful. Nicole’s attitude was disgusting and very passive aggressive. They made personal attacks and cussed at me as they pleased. When you go in to buy, they’re your best friend, afterwards, they’re enemies. I am filing a consumer complaint form with the DMV and proceeding investigations with a comsumer advocacy group who have received prior reports about Drive512 and their unethical tactics to sell poor quality vehicles.

We had a wonderful experience buying a used truck at 512. They had a great inventory and fantastic customer service. They obviously take pride in the business. Highly recommend.

I originally came to this place not expecting to get approved for an auto loan. I had been to some places before and just ended up wasting my time doing credit applications. I called and talked to the friendliest caring person in the auto business, Chris. He helped me out throughout the entire application and car buying experience. He worked closely with the banks and matched me with one who worked with my credit and income. Chris has been in the business for a long time and knows cars and how the buying experience can be. He worked with me to get me into a car that matched my needs and wants which is a Honda. I personally will only buy Honda or Toyota brand because these will last a real long time. These people do have a good selection of Hondas and Toyotas, especially SUVs. They only sell cars that are in good condition and have not had too many previous owners which is a very considerable investment. While I was getting the car I met with the owner Tommy who was very gracious to work me into a monthly payment that I could afford. He is also one of the very few who will personally get involved in any kind of issue you may have and take care of it without any questions. Not many owners will do that. Thomas who also works there is very knowledgeable of cars and parts and will give you the best advice on how to take real good care of your car if your serious. Nicole is the collections manager who takes payments and is really friendly too. I believe that as long as you do your part as a customer, they will do their part as the merchant to stand next to you throughout your entire experience. I had a couple of things that needed to get done on my car after buying it and they took care of me without question and stood next to their word. The best part about them is that they do a free Carfax on their cars which helped me pick out the best car that was available to me. If you want to be part of a warm family oriented kinda business who understands and sympathizes all types of circumstances in the car buying experience, this is the place to come to.

Let me first say that if I could give these guys ten stars I would. Little background. It was time to retire the old Ford. I also have over a half century of driving experience along with buying and selling my own cars. The gray hair says it all. So on their lot, I find a sweet little Mazda 3 at my budget price. Took it for the test ride, loved it, but noticed the brake pedal was a bit low. The salesman Tomas told me they would make it right. Both of us figured it just needed some new pads. No big deal. Picked it up a couple of days later (new pads and rotors on rear). Felt better but not quite sure. Drove it around over the weekend and took it to my mechanic for an oil change and a look over the next week. He said the car was sound but yes, something was off on the braking system. He said he would need some serious time to diagnose it and suggested I give Drive 512 a call first. I did. Tommy, the owner, told me to bring it right back in. When I got there Tomas handed me the keys to a loaner off the lot and said they would need the car for a few days to have one of their brake specialists go through it and determine what the issue was. But we?ll make it right. Long story short a few days turned into a couple of weeks. They got several specialists involved including Mazda, replaced several parts that were borderline but probably serviceable, and finally as a last resort, replaced the ABS module and pump. That was not a cheap swap. Apparently, the brilliant auto engineers that designed the system didn?t bother to figure out a way to test it. Swapping parts is 1960?s tech. I know that?s what we did back then. But that?s what the problem was. During this whole time I was never without wheels, never missed a day of work, and their staff kept me updated every step of the way. They made it right. I dare anyone to find another dealer, especially the major company ones, that will stand behind that promise to a customer. I hadn?t till now. Thank you Drive 512 Auto Ranch
