Vw Alexandria is the best car dealership i’ve ever purchased a vehicle from. From the sales department to the service department all the way up to the finance department everybody was very professional and helpful. I had a problem with my car and they took care of it no questions asked. I’m very pleased with their customer service and I will buy my next vehicle there.Dean my sales rep was the most helpful out of everyone. He stayed on top of everything and made sure I was happy with my purchase.

This was a horrible experience to say the least, Ali was not helpful and tried to hide existing problems with the vehicle which lead me to a $8000 fix just after buying it, just to have them tell me I was out of luck! I love Volkswagen, I have nothing against the service department at this location, but I hate the sales department with a passion! Will not go back!!

Dean was very helpful and attentive even though he was busy helping another customer. The car we initially wanted to look at was already sold but he found a similar car at a price within our budget.
