Ryan Victor was super awesome to work with. I bought my car from Montana before moving to Santa Cruz. When the car had a minor issue, Ryan took it back immediately, found me a loaner, and got the problem fixed as soon as possible. The car has been running awesome since then and was a great deal!

Amazing service, support and customer care.

Amazing service, support and customer care. Jonathan as always, is patient, understanding and willing to go above and beyond for us. He feels us welcome and his interactions are friendly and personal. You can tell he loves his role of interacting with customers, listening to their needs and helping them get the necessary service and support for their vehicles. 13+ years and counting for my visits to Frontier Ford.

I received a text that my car was ready.

I received a text that my car was ready.yesterday. I went in and paid and picked it up but as soon as I drove away I realized the repair had not been completed. Brakes still not working and drove it straight back. Hopefully this time to work is done and inspected before it is released to me.

The cost was expensive, but hopefully I won'thave any new repairs for years to come. The valet return of the car to my home was appreciated.

I was very disappointed in the service at Frontier Ford.

I was very disappointed in the service at Frontier Ford. I described the problems I was having and had found two well know issues for each of them. They completely ignored them and said that it was a sensor problem and that the $1500 fix would take care of it. It didn't address either issue at all and we completely wasted $1500 and are still dealing with a vehicle that feels unsafe for my wife and son to drive in.

We’ve dealt with 4 different dealerships before. This is our first time with Ford. Ford Frontier is the best dealership we’ve dealt with! From the moment we first entered the door, the welcoming atmosphere provided by the sales agent, to the detailed explanation of the car, up to the fast closing of the deal at finance, truly a wonderful experience. Kudos to the sales agent, Abdullah, and to the finance manager, Livia. I’m glad we came here for our daughter’s first car, her high school graduation gift.
