Do not buy new Audi Q5!!! When we decided to buy a new car, it was clear that we will buy another Q5 since we liked very much our old (82K miles) reliable Q5. Unfortunately, the new 2025 Q5 (one month old) 1100 miles has proven me wrong and it has many problems as the old one had after 80K miles. Immediately we could not open one of the doors. two days after it was fixed, we "learned" that the steering wheel cannot be adjusted. I told myself that this can happen. Today my new car delivered the final blow - Check Engine LED. So another trip to Audi service. Based on my short experience - buying Audi is risky decision

Getting my Audi serviced here is always pleasant, quick, and easy. My service advisor is Kevin and he's thorough and diligent. He knows my car better than I do and knows when to give me a call if he notices anything or has any recommendations. His service is excellent and honestly a major reason why I keep coming back. My wife and I both come here even though we live in San Francisco. The facility is clean, tidy, and a breeze to go through. Appreciate you all! Thank you for taking care of us and our cars.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars worst car buy experience of my life we paid cash was told the car would ship in 72hrs it was 5 days after a month and had to call numerous times we finally got the title a month later when we received it it was not dated in two places and was lied to on numerous occasions about lost paperwork the title being in the mail the general manager doesn't know how to return phone calls must be really hard to dial a phine and Roy the fiance manager is a pathological liar and very arrogant I would never buy a car from them again amd I would not recommend them to anyone to buy a car from them unless you want headache after headache id especially if your out of state worst dealership I have ever worked with

My Audi A4 was giving me an Emergency Alert for Service. I took it to Audi San Jose & they worked very diligently to find the repair it needed. I am happy to report that it’s working well now!!

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Kevin Pharm. This is my second consecutive poor experience with him. A simple repair previously dragged on for three weeks and required five separate visits just to clarify the issue. Most recently, I scheduled an appointment 10 days in advance specifically to secure a loaner vehicle. Upon arrival, I was told none were available. Kevin failed to communicate this shortage beforehand or offer to reschedule, leaving me stranded in the lounge for four hours. I have only owned my Audi for two months, and this level of service falls far short of the luxury experience I expected.

If you are visiting Stephen Creek Audi, ask for Igor. He is one of the best service Advisor. I have met very genuine kind at the same time very straightforward.
